What this app is
Steady in the Moment offers practical, informational support for stressful moments: ready-to-copy scripts, an AI-generated support script feature, a rhythm check-in and journal, grounding practices, and a personal Pocket Toolkit. The author is not a licensed therapist, medical advisor, attorney, or accountant. Everything here is intended to provide only informational and educational value.
Nothing in the app is therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
In a crisis
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line first. The app is not an emergency service and cannot reach anyone on your behalf.
How you may use it
Use the app for yourself, in the spirit it was made: steady, kind, and pressure-free. Don't use it for anything unlawful, to harm or harass anyone, to mislead people, or to break or work around the app's technical limits or membership gating. Don't resell or redistribute it.
Your content
Tools, scripts, and journal entries you save remain yours. They are stored privately in your account. Please don't save anything you wouldn't be comfortable keeping in your own private notes.
AI-generated scripts
When you ask for a generated script, the app uses artificial intelligence based on the situation you describe. AI outputs can be imperfect — always read a script before using it and use your own judgment about whether it fits you and your moment.
Membership and billing
Some features are free. Saving tools to the Pocket Toolkit requires a paid membership, offered monthly or annually after a 3-day free trial. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Details are in the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
The app provides what it provides
The app is offered as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular outcome from using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the author nor the publisher is liable for damages arising out of your use of the app.
Changes
