Steady in the Moment provides practical support for stressful moments: ready-to-copy scripts, AI-generated support scripts, a rhythm check-in and journal, and a personal Pocket Toolkit for saving your own tools. Some features are free; saving tools to the Pocket Toolkit requires a paid membership.

The service offers general wellbeing support. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Paid memberships are offered monthly or annually and begin with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You can cancel your membership at any time from the Membership & account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

The service can generate support scripts using artificial intelligence based on a situation you describe. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances — always review a script before using it, and use your own judgment.

You are responsible for what you submit, how you use the outputs, and for having the rights to any content you provide. You must not use the AI feature to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive (including deepfakes or impersonation), or intended to harm others, and you must not attempt to circumvent the model's safeguards.

We may filter or refuse outputs, remove content, and suspend accounts that misuse the AI feature. Scripts you save are stored privately in your account and are not shared with other users.

You must not misuse the service. That includes: using it for anything unlawful; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; introducing malware or probing, scanning, or scraping the service or its systems; reverse engineering the service; reselling or redistributing it; or circumventing technical limits such as membership gating.

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. Content you save (your tools, scripts, and journal entries) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your saved content may be deleted; you can copy your saved tools and journal entries at any time before then.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in its courts.
