Account data. Your email address and sign-in credentials (or a connected Google or Lovable account), used to create and secure your account.

Your content. Tools and scripts you save to your Pocket Toolkit (including tone tags), and your rhythm journal entries (including dates and tags). These are private to your account.

Support messages. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

Usage and device data. Basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, and how the app is used, used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the service.

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card number.

We use account data and your content to provide the service you signed up for (performance of our contract with you). We use usage and device data for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (our legitimate interests). Where the law requires consent — for example, for non-essential cookies — we rely on your consent. We may also process data where required by law.

Paddle (Merchant of Record). For the sale of memberships, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.

Service providers. Hosting, database, and AI providers that process data on our behalf to run the service, under appropriate safeguards.

Professional advisers and authorities. Legal or accounting advisers where needed, and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

When you describe a situation to generate a support script, that description is sent to our AI provider solely to produce your script. Do not include other people's personal data in your descriptions. Saved scripts are stored privately in your account.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can delete saved tools and journal entries yourself at any time.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your personal data.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through createperfectmoments.com; we respond within one month.

We may update this notice from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
